Comprehensive Health Insurance
We offer and heavily subsidize several plans through Memorial Hermann Health Insurance: A very cost-effective, open HMO; a middle of the road PPO; and a Gold PPO with $0 deductible. The HMO is a high-deductible plan but also offers reasonable co-pays and self-referrals to primary and specialty physicians and urgent care. Memorial Hermann has provided exceptional care for our team members and their families. We even offer a bonus and extra PTO if you get your annual physical (which is typically free under these plans)!
Dental and Vision Insurance
Our dental and vision insurance can be elected as a stand alone product, or with other coverage plans. It is available to you and your household.
Life and Accidental Death Insurance
We know that many families are in a bind financially these days, so we’ve decided to take part of the burden of life insurance off our your plate. We pay 100% for this benefit.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
You work hard at your job each day, and can’t afford to miss time off of work. In addition to our standard Worker’s Compensation plan coverage, we also offer long-term disability insurance. We pay 100% for this benefit.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Each full-time employee begins earning PTO on day one, and will accumulate 40 hours of PTO each year. At their two year anniversary, they will begin accumulating PTO at 60 hours per year.
We value and respect individual differences, and know in this industry, you’re not always able to have every holiday off. That’s why we’re giving you six floating holidays a year. Each full-time employee begins accumulating floating holiday hours on day one of employment.
We pick up the costs of your uniforms (undershirts too!) and will even have your shirt and pants laundered for you weekly if you choose.
We provide internal and external training opportunities throughout the year. Each new hire will be assigned a team member to answer all of their questions both during and after the onboarding process. All team members are also trainers, meaning that what we know, we share – so feel free to reach out to anyone for help, even the CEO.
